Constellation in Drydock

Here is an old picture that I failed to post to the blog back in the spring when I got home from the ship. I spent January and February in Setubal, Portugal for the drydocking/maintenance period for Maersk Constellation. As you can see, she was due for a shave and a haircut! Prior to the yard period, we were all very excited to be spending such a long time in Europe as we thought it would be a nice break from the normal African chaos. We couldn't have been more wrong! After spending a month in Europe, all involved were screaming to get back to our normal cruising grounds. The only positive thing I have to say about Portugal is that they have very good seafood.
