Sensational Swimmers

Hayley and Jack are wearing big smiles because all of their hard work has paid off in a first and second place ribbon! Hayley won a first place ribbon in backstroke in one meet. She is pictured above and in the far lane (you can see her splash). Also, Jack won second place in freestyle. We are excited for him because he is swimmming with an older age group.

The swim team has been a great activity for this late spring and early summer. They began swimming in April and since May they have been swimming 6 days a week! The season is nearly over and we'll be cheering our team on in the big city meet coming up in about a week or so. Their team tied for first place in their league so it was a successful season!
