To keep you updated we did make it home in time for the first practice of swim team for the kids. But even though we are back home and almost fully acclimated to our school and swimming schedules, we have been able to have a few "SailingMariah" days (remember Mariah? She's still hauled out down in Florida). Like yesterday, for instance. We picked up 3 very nice Dolphin about 45 miles off of Charleston aboard John Hynes' new Glacier Bay Catamaran. They weren't biting like crazy but the one pictured above is the smallest of the 3 we caught. The biggest was in the 25-30 lb range. Hayley and Jack didn't miss a beat either...they've both caught large bass since we've been home as well.
So don't stop checking in with the blog just because we're back home. There will still be more pictures to come. In the coming weeks we'll have some more adventures including our final campout with the camper down at Hunting Island State Park and a trip down to check on Mariah.
