Land Lubbers

After a wonderful adventure aboard Mariah, we hauled her out in San Mateo up the St. Johns River near Jacksonville. We spent several days getting the boat cleaned up and emptied out so that when we return to her, she will be in great condition. So, she will be in the boatyard until we return for the next voyage!
In the meantime, Jason has returned to his home away from home, the Maersk Constellation. He departed for Africa and will be in close contact keeping us up to date with his adventures aboard the ship.
As for the rest of the crew, we have been getting into our "ashore" school routine, catching up with friends and family and signing up for extracurricular activities. The kids will have a busy schedule this winter with swimming and basketball!
